Have some issues going on with my 2014 Chevy Equinox 2.4. Check engine light was flashing and went into sort of limp mode and then back to normal. Check engine light is off but scanner shows history codes PO171, PO300, PO2097. Looks like misfire, fuel trim lean, post cat fuel trim high limit.

Right now it’s running smooth but every once in a while on the highway it seems sluggish and RPMs will drop.

I replaced the spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body but happened again. I just replaced the oxygen sensor after the cat with a spare I had, so we’ll see. I’m almost thinking a fuel injector issue or intermittent timing. No other codes.

The O2 sensor I just took out is charred a bit:

Ideas?

Do a fuel injector balance test with a scanner, you may have a bad injector. Also might be a good idea to do a compression test.
