Since joining APW in October, 2019 as controller, Goldman has consistently demonstrated remarkable leadership skills and a strong commitment to operational excellence. Prior to joining APW, Goldman served as executive vice president and CFO of Newmark Moses Truck Partners. His diverse experience and strategic vision were key in his promotion to general manager of APW in December, 2021, where he successfully oversaw the direction, logistics, operations, staff and channel partner relationships, navigating challenges such as COVID-19, supply chain disruptions and labor shortages.

The Winter Meeting formally concluded on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024. Following the event, the Channel Partner Advisory Council (CPAC), a collection of valued manufacturing representatives, gathered to review the meeting’s key takeaways and strategize for future initiatives.
“The Channel Partner Advisory Council is a great opportunity for vendors to give feedback to the Alliance office on how we can better collaborate to make us all better. The meeting has been very successful in helping the Alliance strategic direction and has helped us become better partners with the Alliance. It’s a true honor for us to be involved with the CPAC and to see the results,” said Joe Bergsieker, vice president sales – program groups for BBB Industries and chairman of CPAC.

Early in her career, she worked as a jobber store manager, learning the business from the ground up before joining Federated soon after it was formed. “Federated has been on a path of sustained growth, and my goal is to continue the successful strategies that have led us in such a positive direction,” said Godschalk. “I am proud to lead a team of so many talented professionals at Federated who are dedicated to enhancing value for our members, strengthening relationships with our supplier partners, and collaborating with our APSG partners at The Alliance and The Pronto Network. I look forward to the great things we will accomplish together.”

RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP), a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America that serves both professional installer and do-it-yourself customers, today announced that Ken Bush, senior vice president, chief merchant, will retire from the company after nearly 20 years and be succeeded by Bruce Starnes, who has been named executive vice president, chief merchant, effective June 24, 2024.
Mr. Starnes, 48, who will lead all aspects of merchandising strategy, joins Advance from the Target Corporation where he spent nearly 20 years in a variety of product management roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, merchandising capabilities and operations, where he was responsible for the strategy, capability and execution of Target’s merchandising operations, including price and promotions, in-store presentation, sales plans, negotiations, partnerships and vendor experience. Previously, he served as president of Target India and vice president, digital solutions and partnerships.
“We are very grateful for the many contributions Ken has made to our industry over the past 37 years. He has helped strengthen our merchandising operations and built a talented team within the merchandising organization, making it an optimum time to make a leadership transition.
