When you say sport pads, are you referring to high performance pads? If they make them for the rear, you can put them on.

Not sure what that's from, any #s on the other side?

Thoughts on car door fuel cover Subaru Forester 2010?
Alex replied to deeant's topic in Factory OEM Auto Parts
Removed your link to that page and posted a screenshot of the fuel door. There is nothing much to try there, it sticks on to your existing door from what I can tell. That's not for a 2010 Subaru Forester, which is not round. That's not a factory door, its a visual enhancement. Fuel door is not round: -

Can you flip them around and take a picture of the backside? Are those vents because they don't look like they open up. Almost looks like some sort of vintage center caps. What's the diameter? -

Cooper Tire is recalling 430,000 tires over the concern they may rapidly deflate and lead to a crash. The company said in a statement on Feb. 19 that they were recalling 22 brands of tires after learning of a defect that could lead to sidewall separation and increase the risk of a crash. The company is recalling certain Discoverer, Evolution, Courser, Deegan, Adventurer, Hercules, Back Country, Multi-Mile Wild Country and Big O brand tires including some under the Pep Boys, Discount Tire, Mickey Thompson, Les Schwab and Mastercraft brands. The number of tires affected is estimated to be more than 430,000. Cooper Tire will notify owners in late March and dealers will replace any affected tires, free of charge. Who Makes Good Front Pads for Toyota Truck?
Alex replied to Hot Ajax's topic in Automotive Brake Parts
For aftermarket I would go with Raybestos or Wagner. If you have an Advance store, try a set of CARQUEST Platinum. Make sure your rear brakes are good, may be overworking your fronts or those OE pads are just extremely dusty. -

Amazon Switched to USPS With No Delivery To Private Roads
Alex replied to TieRod's topic in Amazon Auto Parts Forum
Same issue because we live on a private road. Put up a big mailbox at the end of your driveway or even a big outdoor box, then go to the post master and authorize packages to be left in there. We use for small packages: For large packages, put up an outdoor container something like: Stops the need to go to the post office. -

We are setting up this topic to share information on any impact the current COVID-19 virus has on the auto parts industry. Sourcing, distribution, parts availability, and business impact. General questions and sharing of knowledge are welcome. The WHO has designated this a global pandemic that is already affecting many industries, including most sectors in the automotive industry. Corporate and Independent automotive parts stores are being impacted by repair shop businesses slowing down. As you know, many parts come from China and other parts of the world, which are affected by the current pandemic. Please share how this is impacting you and what you are seeing.
